The location is an important decision since it will be the backdrop for your wedding story. On Kauaʻi there are so many beautiful spots to choose from. We are happy to drive any where on the island. Here are a few of the many choices available:
Keʻe Beach is located at the end of the road and is part of the Haʻena State Park. This is the beginning of the Nāpali coast trail, the only place you can see a beautiful sunset all year round, and a view down the magical coast. A parking permit is now required which you can obtain at

Tunnels - Makua Beach also known as Tunnels. There is parking at the Haʻena Beach Park which is run by the County and is across from Maniniholo Cave also known as the Dry Cave.
Lumahaʻi Beach is almost 2 miles long. The preferred area for ceremonies is the end closest to Hanalei known as Tourist Lumahaʻi. There is a bit of a hike down to the beach. It's only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day due to the high surf in our winter months.
Hanalei Bay - is one of the largest bays in the islands, there are many areas where you'll have your own private space. Sunset is seen here from April to September.
Wanini - this stretch of beach is the largest reef system in the islands so no matter what time of year the ocean will gently lap at your feet. This is one of our favorite parts of this beach near the end of Anini Road. A very sweet spot.
Keoneloa Bay also known as Shipwrecks Beach fronts the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Poʻipū on the South Shore. To the left is Makawehi Point, one of the most popular places for a ceremony and the South Shore surfers. If you want less crowded to the right it's a short walk from The Point parking lot to your own private spot.
Kalihiwai Falls is on private property near the town of Kilauea on the North Shore. It's a short drive in from the main road, and may require a four-wheel drive during our rainy season. There is a site fee.
Na ʻĀina Kai Botanical Gardens is also a favorite spot on the North Shore for a private ceremony and/or sit down dinner. There is a site fee. You're required to work with an approved wedding planner (we are). www.naainakai.org
There are many other beach locations and we invite you to take a drive and see what calls to you. A permit is required to have a ceremony on the beach, and we apply for that on-line for you.
If you're interested in a location anywhere else on the island we're happy to provide you with additional information.
